Advance Replacement (exclusive to Vertiv portfolio of products)
This service is designed for mission critical equipment. In the event there is a fault which cannot be fixed, and to ensure your downtime is minimised, an advance replacement is provided for complete peace of mind.
Power Emergency (exclusive to Vertiv UPS only)
Wear and tear over time is inevitable and without regular check-ups a UPSs performance can easily become compromised, increasing the likelihood of failure and downtime. Ensure business critical continuity with protection for your Vertiv UPS solutions. The Power Emergency package is design for UPS's up to 3kVA. This five year package is far more than an extended warranty for UPS systems and covers your UPS for 24/7 technical support, parts inclusive with an 8 working hour response.
Power Assurance (exclusive to Vertiv UPS only)
An uninterruptible power supply is a crucial piece of equipment providing critical power to your IT infrastructure. Ensure business critical continuity with comprehensive protection for your Vertiv UPS solutions. The Power Assurance package is designed for 5kVA UPS's and higher and provides 100% labour, travel and parts included, preventative maintenance, repair and replacement for a full five years. The Power Assurance package from Vertiv is designed to help you avoid unexpected downtime costs and gain network availability.
